Deterministic conditions that generate alerts & opportunities — evaluated automatically
whenever a tenant's data is updated, and cached in the database until the next update
(never recomputed on page load). Rules apply platform-wide: either tenant-wide ("Uber")
or scoped to one channel. They can also surface on Overview, Marketplace, and SKU Performance,
not just the Alerts & Opportunities tab.

Nudges
The copy shown when a seller lands on an empty Board page because reports haven't been
uploaded yet — headline, why it matters, what they'll see after uploading, and where to get
the report. Editable here without a deploy. A row scoped to one specific report (e.g. "Amazon
PnL") is shown instead of the generic fallback when that report is the one actually missing.
Whether the nudge shows at all (vs. already dismissed / seen enough times) is a separate,
code-level setting per Nudge Key.

Accounts
Create a new seller account and pick which marketplaces they sell on — different sellers can have a different mix. Turning off AI Analyst hides the chat widget's normal behavior for that account — it still shows, but tells the user it's disabled and to contact support.

Ops Team
Accounts for the Lxya Ops unified view (/ops) — a read-only, searchable lookup of
every tenant's profile by Tenant ID, contact email, or mobile number. Each teammate signs in
with their own email + password; disabling an account here revokes access immediately.

Feature Flags
Gate a feature to a whitelist of tenants — e.g. keeping Flow limited to accounts we've
explicitly opened it up for. A tenant with no whitelist entry for a flag does not have it.
Ops can flip an existing flag on/off per seller from their own console; only Admin creates
new flags here.
